Rates listed are for 6 people; for additional people add $15.00/ person/night.

Rates do not include 7% lodging tax required by Montana State Law.  Stays of more than 30 days are exempt from tax.

Deposit of 50% will reserve accommodations; balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

$750 refundable security/cleaning deposit.

Check in after 4:00 pm. Check-out before 11:00 AM. Sorry no refunds for early check-outs.

Please, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/NO PETS PERMITTED on the property!!!

To preserve the integrity of the space we ask that you PLEASE REMOVE YOUR FOOT WEAR BEFORE ENTERING OUR HOME.  For your convenience, we have set up transitional areas inside the garage and front entry of our home for removing/storing shoes, coats, hats, mittens, etc. THANK YOU!!!
